What is the future scope of mechanical engineering?

Mechanical Engineering Research What is the future scope of mechanical engineering Regarding the future scope of mechanical engineering, I have responded several times. However, for your benefit, let me repeat the same.

The future reach of mechanical engineers in India remains as expected. There is always a consistency in the last decades. This will also be true in the coming decades.

Many companies are good for mechanical engineers, some of them are as follows:

ABB Group,
BAARC,  BHEL,  BEML,  Bosch Group, BNPM,  BPCL,  Caterpiller,  CELHPCL,  Coal India Ltd,  DRDO,  Ford Group,  GAIL,  GSECL,  HPCL,  Hundai Group,  IOCL, IPR, Kirlosker Group, L&T Group, CDM, MECL Group, Mahendra & Mahendra, NFL, NALCO, NHPC, NLC Ltd, NTPC, Oil India, OPGC Ltd, ONGC Ltd.

A mechanical engineer to be located in a main company must have the basic ideas in the following subjects (with some practical exposure):

1) Engineering drawing,

2) Engineering mechanics,

3) resistance of materials,

4) engineering materials,

5) Materials science,

6) finite element method,

7) Fluid mechanics,

8) Mechanics of solids,

9) project management,

10) Total quality management,

Apart from that, you have to understand the basic concept of mechanical  engineering . Surely there are many job opportunities available. Do not think directly about joining good companies. With some experience in small or medium industries, things will be very easy.

In mechanical engineering there are four main groups / areas such as:

i) PRO Manufacturing engineering,

ii) PRO Thermal engineering,
iii) PRO Design engineering,
iv) PRO Industrial engineering.

* You decide in which area of mechanical engineering you want to concentrate and work.

* You must try to learn and succeed a lot in that area.

* Try to be a performer (to be a performer, you must be

meticulous in your homework).

* Try to learn some of the latest available software technologies.

* Don't worry too much about your 'initial' salary.

* Let it be any type of work, try to make a continuous work and without being discouraged
efforts.

My sincere advice would be not to think directly about joining well-established companies (because it is very difficult, many times, to obtain direct placement).

With some experience in small or medium industries, things will be very easy (don't worry too much about your starting salary). Treat it as a "training period" and "investment."

Have faith in the Almighty and in yourself, and move on, all the best.

Future Scope Of Mechanical Engineering

First, each branch has its own importance in engineering.

The mother of all engineering disciplines  is called  as "Mechanical Engineering" .In the coming years, Mechanical will be the most demanded and important engineering branch.

Today, many of the mechanics move to the IT sector attracted by their salary scale and comfort zones. "If everyone is going to design the brain of the machine, who the hell will design the body and mechanism of that machine."

Believe me or not, even in the main institutions of India like IIT, Mechanical is one of the most demanded branches today.

Mechanical discipline has its own honor, with its amazing concepts with practical application. In the next few years, there will be a great demand for Pro-Mech guys.

My suggestion is to choose any application-oriented topic and be a professional in it, that no one else can beat it. Leading companies most often choose a mechanical type with a master's degree.

Some of the most important and on demand fields in ME are:
basic to pro Structural Engineering, basic to pro  Petroleum Engineering, basic to pro Mining Engineering CFD, basic to pro CAE. etc. basic to pro Aerospace Engineering

Now, we can also work in air-conditioned rooms and get more salaries than CS & IT.

It is about pure talent and excellence in any field. If you are a professional in any field, companies will crave your talent.

Most Mech men get low wages initially around 3.5-5 lakhs.

But there are also many professionals who get almost 30-40 lakhs per year in multinationals. Therefore, choose wisely and "Think twice before acting."

Choose wisely according to your interests, so you don't have to repent later.

Do it in the first years of your engineering (mostly 3rd to 5th sem), choose your goal and fall in love with it, work hard and get it.
Conduct internships in your target field, contact industry professionals to make suggestions, participate in discussion forums, publish any research paper, etc.
